These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ceo bat and any registered or unregistered user of the site. By using the ceo bat website, mobile application or any related service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

In these Terms, "we", "us" or "ceo bat" refers to the entity operating the service. "You", "user" or "player" refers to any person who uses or registers to use this service.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between a translation or version and the original Bengali text, the Bengali text shall prevail.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the service. For any questions, visit our FAQ section or contact our support team directly.

Each person is allowed to open only one account on ceo bat. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, household or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. ceo bat reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts if this rule is violated.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and address — must be truthful and accurate.
• ceo bat reserves the right to close an account and cancel unearned bonuses at any time if false information is provided.
• To change personal information after registration, identity verification must be completed through the support team.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If someone discovers your password or unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify ceo bat support immediately. ceo bat will not be liable for any transactions that took place before that notification.

Participation on ceo bat is permitted only for individuals aged 21 or over. Withdrawals may be held until your age is verified against the date of birth provided at registration.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

ceo bat may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. Failure to cooperate with verification may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

• Documents must be clear and legible.
• Expired documents will not be accepted.
• Information and documents submitted are kept secure in accordance with ceo bat's privacy policy.

Deposits on ceo bat can be made using Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — as well as bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.2 General Deposit Conditions

• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used.
• ceo bat does not accept funds sent from third-party accounts and such transactions may be returned.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting or casino activity.
• If an attempt is made to deposit funds from an illegal or fraudulent source, the account will be closed immediately.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Available withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will be approved only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise verified.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see section 6).
• If suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily held for a security review.

The ceo bat welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Example: If a player deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before this ৳1,500 bonus can be withdrawn, total bets of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.

• A bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within the set time from the date the bonus is credited.
• Betting with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.2 VIP Cashback

The ceo bat VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback on weekly net losses is given at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond.

Example: If a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

Odds displayed on ceo bat may change in line with the market. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is accepted will be treated as final.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

• ceo bat reserves the right to cancel bets that were displayed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled before it starts, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the case of multi-bets, if one or more selections are cancelled, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections.
• In live betting, odds displayed at half-time or during a break may change.

7.2 Casino Game Rules

Specific rules for slots, live casino and other games are displayed within each game. If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or technical issue, the result will be determined according to the server log.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ceo bat and any violation may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets using any software, bot or automated method.
• Coordinating with another platform to place bets for guaranteed profit (arbitrage betting).
• Depositing funds through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Using another user's account or assuming their identity.
• Attempting to interfere with the service's security or servers.

ceo bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without sufficient cause.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you must notify the support team in writing. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, but any unused portion of a bonus will be cancelled.

9.2 Permanent Ban

In cases of fraud, prohibited conduct or repeated violations of the Terms, an account may be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

ceo bat is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special losses that may arise from the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or server outage.
• The user's own account credentials falling into the hands of a third party.
• Any event beyond ceo bat's control (force majeure).
• A user's mistaken understanding of a game's outcome.

ceo bat makes every effort to maintain service quality. However, no guarantee is given that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

ceo bat handles users' personal information with the utmost care. Our privacy policy sets out in detail how your data is collected, used and kept secure.

• All transactions and communications are secured through SSL encryption.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties for advertising purposes.
• Information may need to be provided to authorities to meet legal obligations.
• Users may request that their stored information be corrected or deleted.
